Use this form to request an event be added to the calendar.  These events can be anything related to a ministry of Living Hope, a special event, or a team meeting. 

Notes:

• Requests for private reservations of the Living Hope facility must be submitted to the building team for approval first, you should not use this online form.
• A weekly email containing all events for the next week (except private reservations) will be sent to everyone on the LHC mailing list.  The email includes the following fields: Title, category, date, time and description.
• Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
• If you would like to modify an existing event, please use the Update Event form.
