Join us on Saturday, May 31 for the 2nd annual fisheree. We will be launching the boats from Clausen Park in Fox Lake at 8:00 AM. We will be returning to Clausen park for lunch afterward. Please sign up at LHC, or contact us to let us know you'll be coming. We need an accurate count to make sure we have enough boats.
What to bring:
- Fishing license. Anyone 16 years or older needs a fishing license. Kids under 16 do not need one. Licenses can be purchased at many local retailers, or online from the DNR website.
- Fishing pole. We will provide poles for those that don't have one.
- Life jacket. We will provide life jackets for those that don't have one.
- Sunscreen. Hopefully we'll be blessed with a sunny day like last year!
- Smiling faces!!!
We will provide:
- Boats. We will be using pontoon boats borrowed from local residents. We greatly appreciate their generosity!
- Bait. We will provide live bait as well as plastics. Feel free to bring your own if you would like.
- Lunch. We will be having a small picnic lunch in the Clausen park shelter following the fishing.
