In Christ, Be Real – Discovering a place where you can be authentic, be honest, and be vulnerable (Colossians 3:12-13)
Colossians. 3:12-13 (The Message) - Since God chose you to be the holy people he loves, you must clothe yourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.

In Christ, Be Free– Exploring the space where your spiritual freedom in Jesus Christ provides you the room to take risks. (Galatians 5:1, 4-6)
Galatians 5:1, 4-6 (The Message)
- 1: Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you.
- 4-6: I suspect you would never intend this, but this is what happens. When you attempt to live by your own religious plans and projects, you are cut off from Christ, you fall out of grace. Meanwhile we expectantly wait for a satisfying relationship with the Spirit. For in Christ, neither our most conscientious religion nor disregard of religion amounts to anything. What matters is something far more interior: faith expressed in love.
|
In Christ, Be United– Experiencing an environment where prayer is used as the foundation to build and maintain vibrant team relationships. (Romans 15:5-6)
Romans 15:5-6 (NIV) - May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you a spirit of unity among yourselves as you follow Christ Jesus, so that with one heart and mouth you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
|
In Christ, Be Involved– Connecting with a body where participation of all ages encourages you to use your gifts to sacrificially serve God. (Romans 12:1-2)
Romans 12:1-2 (NIV) - Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God?this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is?his good, pleasing and perfect will.
