Strategy:
Every vision needs a strategy for achieving it. Our strategy to achieve our vision is to:
Grow believers into fully devoted followers of Christ.

In order to measure progress, we have come up with what we see are 4 stages of spiritual growth that believers go through as they become more fully devoted followers of Christ. For each stage, we've listed some potential milestones. These milestones are just examples, and may not necessarily be reached in any order. It's simply a starting point for each of us to try and measure our growth as a follower of Christ:
- Sprout = commitment to membership
- I have committed my life to Christ, both privately and publicly
- I have completed the new members class
- Bud = commitment to maturity
- I am regularly attending a small group
- I am developing the Fruits of the Spirit in my life
- I am giving my financial resources to God
- Bloom = commitment to ministry
- I am serving in a ministry
- I am participating in continuous training for ministry
- I am mentoring a future leader
- Bear Fruit = commitment to multiplication
- I am living an authentic Christian life
- I am building relationships with unchurched families
- I am sharing my faith story
- I am offering The Living Hope to my friends and family
